● The Company breaks the monopoly of foreign companies on the production technology of krypton, xenon, neon, and helium in the domestic market, overcomes technical barriers, masters the technical production and process technology of these products, achieves gas self-extraction, and provides the industry with domestic alternatives.
● Committed to the application and promotion of products related to hydrogen and semiconductor electron gas for many years, Tiantai Special Gas has carried out industry-university-research cooperation with Changzhou Research Institute of Southeast University to meet the ever-evolving industrial demands, improve scientific research standards, enhance innovation abilities, and promote the development of hydrogen energy and semiconductor gas. The products of the company have been successfully applied to the hydrogen-powered locomotives at the CRRC Qishuyan Locomotive Plant, addressing the challenge in the supply of fuel-cell grade hydrogen in Changzhou, Jiangsu, and Yangtze River Delta.
● On June 24, 2019, the helium produced by Tiantai Special Gas was applied to a satellite that has been in orbit for over 20,000 hours. Such an application is a testimonial to the successful collaboration between Tiantai Special Gas and Southeast University on purification technologies.
Analysis and Testing Center-Whole-Process Quality Control
● With a perfect quality management system, the Company has passed ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification, and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.
● The Company has established a testing center for special equipment of pressure vessels and set up a quality management system and analysis and testing team for various industrial gases, special electron gases and electronic chemicals, and new silicon-based functional materials.
● The Company delivers factory-to-consumer helium, neo, and other special gases with original factory test reports. Our purity testing is supported by advanced special gas testing and analysis equipment and experienced teams.

● With a skilled, disciplined, and standardized logistics team, the Company has put in place a sound logistics distribution system to fully meet customers’ demands for safe and timely distribution.
● Over the years, the Company has been promoting logistics management with information technology. We conduct around-the-clock monitoring of transport vehicles and gas supply facilities. Transportation services can be fully monitored online, including order placement, delivery distribution, in-transit management, and on-site delivery, providing customers with the best transportation services.

Changzhou Research Institute of Southeast University - United Engineering Technology Center of Semiconductor Ultrapure Gases

Conducted industry-university-research cooperation with Southeast University since 2019

To serve enterprises and the market, meet the ever-evolving industrial needs, improve scientific research standards, enhance innovation abilities, and promote the development of hydrogen energy and semiconductor gases, both parties joined hands to promote the industrialization project of hydrogen energy and semiconductor gases of Tiantai Special Gas in Changzhou based on the established joint engineering center.

In 2021, Tiantai Special Gas adopted the hydrogen purification technology jointly developed with Southeast University and brought the purification of industrial by-product hydrogen to the standard required for fuel-cell grade hydrogen. It has been successfully applied to hydrogen-powered locomotives at the CRRC Qishuyan Locomotive Plant, which addressed the challenge in the supply of fuel-cell grade hydrogen in Changzhou, Jiangsu, and Yangtze River Delta.

Initiated the establishment of the Changzhou Hydrogen Energy Industry Association

The Association, initiated by Tiantai Special Gas and other six enterprises in joint efforts with Changzhou Research Institute of Southeast University, is committed to realizing efficient cooperation between enterprises in Changzhou in the field of hydrogen energy and promoting the rapid development of the hydrogen energy industry of Changzhou.
